Packages are created and configured to control pricing, availability, loyalty points, and booking order. They can be multi-site, and the sale price must match the total of all items included.
✅ Step-by-Step Instructions
Creating a Package
- In Administrator or via Configuration, open Packages
- Click Green Plus to create a new package
- Enter a description
- Optionally add:
- Web Description – text visible online
- Web Picture URL – image displayed online
- Allocate required sites
- Click Green Tick to confirm
Configure Package Details
- Select the package from the list and open the Site Details tab
- If using multi-site, select the relevant site
- Configure the following general package rules
- Alternate Description – site-specific description if needed
- Price – sale price for the package
- Loyalty Add – points added to customer record on purchase
- Loyalty Use – points required to purchase using loyalty
- Number of Days – default duration for the package
- Wait Time After Arrival – gap between arrival and first appointment
- Start / End Dates – availability for sale; blank means always available
- Package Code – used for PMS integration
- Maximum Per Reservation – limits the number of guests booked per reservation
- Inclusive – marks package as inclusive when paid via a different system
- Web Bookable – makes the package available online
Adding Package Items
- Total value of items must match the sale price; any difference appears in Target Totals
- Item Options
- Quantity – adjust number of items
- Length – override bookable length for appointments
- Wait Time – set gap between appointments.
- Price – adjust value assigned to item.
- Package Order
- Configure the order in which items are booked

- Choose appointment, quantity, and pro-rata value to match sale price
- Confirm with Green Tick
- Selection of Appointments

- Enter quantity and pro-rata value

Stock Items
- Select Add Stock
- Enter quantity and pro-rata value
- Use filters to search by Room, Manufacturer, or Category
- Select item and confirm with Green Tick
Non-Stock Items

Golf Courses
- Select Add Golf Course
