Packages allow bundling of appointments, services, products, and additional items under a fixed price. The total value of included items is adjusted to match the package sale price, which is the only rate available to the customer. Packages can include bookable and non-bookable items, as well as golf-related items.

Packages are created and configured to control pricing, availability, loyalty points, and booking order. They can be multi-site, and the sale price must match the total of all items included.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

Creating a Package
  1. In Administrator or via Configuration, open Packages
  2. Click Green Plus to create a new package
  3. Enter a description
  4. Optionally add:
  5. Web Description – text visible online
  6. Web Picture URL – image displayed online
  7. Allocate required sites
  8. Click Green Tick to confirm
Configure Package Details
  1. Select the package from the list and open the Site Details tab
  2. If using multi-site, select the relevant site
  3. Configure the following general package rules
  4. Alternate Description – site-specific description if needed
  5. Price – sale price for the package
  6. Loyalty Add – points added to customer record on purchase
  7. Loyalty Use – points required to purchase using loyalty
  8. Number of Days – default duration for the package
  9. Wait Time After Arrival – gap between arrival and first appointment
  10. Start / End Dates – availability for sale; blank means always available
  11. Package Code – used for PMS integration
  12. Maximum Per Reservation – limits the number of guests booked per reservation
  13. Inclusive – marks package as inclusive when paid via a different system
  14. Web Bookable – makes the package available online
Adding Package Items
  1. Total value of items must match the sale price; any difference appears in Target Totals
  2. Item Options
  3. Quantity – adjust number of items
  4. Length – override bookable length for appointments
  5. Wait Time – set gap between appointments.
  6. Price – adjust value assigned to item.
  7. Package Order
  8. Configure the order in which items are booked
Adding Specific Items

Appointments / Group Activities
  1. Select Add Appointment / Group
  2. Choose appointment, quantity, and pro-rata value to match sale price
  3. Confirm with Green Tick
  4. Selection of Appointments
  5. Select Add Selection
  6. Enter quantity and pro-rata value
  7. Select appointments to include
  8. Confirm with Green Tick
Stock Items
  1. Select Add Stock
  2. Enter quantity and pro-rata value
  3. Use filters to search by Room, Manufacturer, or Category
  4. Select item and confirm with Green Tick

Non-Stock Items
  1. Select Add Non Stock
  2. Enter quantity and pro-rata value
  3. Confirm with Green Tick
Golf Courses
  1. Select Add Golf Course
  2. Choose course, quantity, and pro-rata value
  3. Select number of holes (18/9)
  4. Confirm with Green Tick
Golf Additional Items
  1. Select Add Additional Items
  2. Choose item, quantity, and pro-rata value
  3. Confirm with Green Tick

  1. Package sale price must equal the total value of included items
  2. Multi-site packages can have site-specific alternate descriptions
  3. Loyalty points are applied based on package configuration
  4. Booking order and wait times are configurable per package item
