​Administrators or managers can use the Staff Setup tool to create new staff members, configure their details, and assign them to the appropriate site. Additional optional information such as contact details, payroll details, and profile pictures can also be recorded.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions​
Create a New Staff Member
​
In Administrator or Configuration, click Staff Setup.
Click the Green Plus to create a new staff member.
Enter the staff member’s Display Name (appears in appointment columns and reports).
Complete optional fields as needed:
Title (linked to Site Settings, with option to link gender).
First Name, Middle Initials, Surname.
Date of Birth.
Staff Type (defined in Initial Setup → Staff Types).
Employment Start Date.
Nationality.
To activate the staff member, move the required site(s) from left to right.
Click the Green Tick to save.
Optional Details

Notes – add time-stamped notes using the Small Plus Button; remove with the Red Stop Button.
Bank Details – record payroll details:
Select Bank from dropdown.
Mark as Self Employed (if applicable).
Add Payroll Number / N.I. Number.
Picture – upload staff photo (displayed in appointment view):
Capture (via connected camera).
Attach (upload image file).
Remove (delete stored image).
