Description

To control the number of packages which can be booked and to help reduce overbooking limits can be assigned to each package and a restriction can be created for total numbers in the spa per day. 

we first need to define the maximum number of guest the organisaztion can accomodate on experiences

Package Time Bands

Package time bands are used to control the total occupancy of the spa for a given time. 
Before creating your banding and limits consider what you are looking to control, for instance 
  1. The maximum usage for full and half days
  2. What are your check-in windows
  3. Do you have a restrictions on the number of people in the spa, changing room, lockers, etc...

Creating Package Time Band Limits

In "Administrator" or via "Configuration" click onto “Packages Time Band Limits"




  1. To create new Package Time Band click onto the "Green Plus", 
  2. Dates - enter a start and end date to define the valid period for the time band, by leaving the end date blank will make the bands permanently available.
  3. Create Blank - will create a blank time band grid.
  4. Create Based On Existing Package Time band Limits - will create based on the rules from the your local site or based on the rules configured at another site.
  5. Select the "Green Tick" to confirm the creation

Time Band Allocations

The configuring the allocations and times consider whether a package might span multiple bands, for instance a half day experience may be bookable in the morning or the afternoon, whereas a full day experience may span both morning and afternoon.

Example 
Band 1 - 09:00 to 13:00. Band 2 - 12:00 to 16:00, Band 3 - 15:00 - 19:00
A half day package (4 hours) could be booked in Band 1, 2 or 3
A full day package (8 hours) could be booked in band 1 or 2

  1. Enter the different options of ‘Start Times’ and ‘End Times’ 
  2. Booking Limits
    1. Enter the maximum number of guests allowed per band
    2. Zero is no availability
  3. Web Booking limits
    1. Enter the maximum number of guests allowed to be booked online per band
    2. The web limits is taken from the maximum "Booking limit"
    3. Zero is no availability
