Access Appointment Book

  1. In Reception, click Appointment Booking.

Appointment Book Screen Layout
  • Icon Menu

    • Arrivals – arrive a client from the diary view.

    • Membership Arrivals – arrive a member from the diary view.

    • Bill / Depart – bill and depart a client for treatments/retail.

    • Client / Member Sale – add items to a client’s bill.

    • Till Sale – charge clients without linking to a specific client.

    • Treatment Waiting List – access the waiting list for fully booked times.

    • Appointment Search – open the appointment search.

    • Clients – open the client card.

    • Reservations – direct access to reservations search.

  • Calendar

    • Appointment Book Date – select a date to change the day.

    • Appointment Book Month – use arrows (< >) to navigate months.

    • Today – click to return to the current day.

  • Clipboard

    • Clipboard – transfer appointments between days or staff columns.

    • Clipboard Items – shows original booking details (type, staff, facility, room, time, date).

  • Navigation Bar

    • Print – print the diary page.

    • Refresh – refresh the screen.

    • Previous Week / Previous Day – move back in the diary.

    • Today – return to today’s date.

    • Next Day / Next Week – move forward in the diary.

  • Show Not Available

    • Yes – show all columns (including closed/unavailable).

    • No – show only active columns.
