EMS | Appointment Categories
Description
Appointment Categories provides the ability to group appointments under a common heading providing the ability to search by category when booking, and to provide summary static reports.
Resolution
Creating Appointment Categories
In "Administrator" click onto "Initial Setup Menu" 
then click onto "Appointment Categories" or via "Configuration" click onto "Appointment Categories"
- To input a new “Appointment Category” click onto the “Green Plus” button
- Enter the category name in the “Description” box
- You can select a colour which will be displayed on the appointment views
- Select the "Green Tick" to confirm
Appointment Category Colour
You are able to “Colour Code” different Categories of treatment, this will reflect in the diary when you book an appointment which falls under said category
Click onto the “Diary View Colour”
You can the select:
- The basic colour pallet
- The rainbow section panel
- Enter the RGB colour pallet codes
