Open up your storefront

Click 'Corporate Gifts' in the menu bar.

Select the desired voucher and quantity
Pick Your Delivery Method

For digital gifts: send e‑vouchers via email.

For physical gifts: choose premium postal packaging and provide address details (either via CSV or individually).

Click on Recipients to progress.

Enter recipients

Either manually fill in all the desired recipient information and personalised messages, or

Click 'Import from CSV' to upload the recipient information.

Apply Promo Codes (Optional)

If you want to offer a special rate or corporate discount, generate a promo code and provide this to your corporate clients or use it at checkout.

- Set up a public gifting page by sharing the https://yoursite.wearegifted.co.uk/corporate-gifts URL. This works well for larger campaigns or open-invitation programs, giving recipients a choice in their reward.
- Use CSV imports to massively scale your gifting — manual entry for large lists is time-consuming and error-prone.
- Promo codes help you run flexible pricing models for different audiences (e.g., employees, partners, clients).
- A public gifting page can extend reach beyond your internal list and let recipients self-serve.
- Choosing between digital vs postal depends on your audience: digital is fast and cost-effective, postal is premium and tangible.
- Always double-check your CSV data before uploading, to avoid sending to incorrect addresses or missing fields.
