Log on to your Gifted platform.
Click on ‘Orders’ in the menu on the left.
Click on ‘Create an Order’.
Select the category (Food & Drink, Spa etc.) - use the drop-down tab to change if you want to filter the options.
Select the voucher you would like to issue.
Add to the basket.
If creating an order for multiple vouchers, make sure to add them all to the basket before clicking 'Checkout'.
Click on 'Checkout'.
Enter the personalised message for the guest if required.
Select the delivery method the guest would prefer. (If 'Post' is selected then you will need to fill out the postal address details)
Fill in billing information with their name, email address (an email confirmation of their order is sent to this email address so please double-check it has been entered correctly) and contact number - this will help you to contact them later on if needed.
Enter their card details (as they appear on the card). If they are paying via cash please look at this helpful guide.
Click on ‘Place Order’.
Print out the voucher internally if necessary (Print: How to guide).
