Gifted | How to print a voucher
This comes in handy when a guest has just ordered a voucher with you in person or if they have lost their voucher and would like it reprinted.
If they do not yet have an order, click here to see our guide on how to create a new order first. In this instance, you can select 'Print' as the delivery option at checkout and then return this article to see how to print out the voucher.
For when you've just processed their order and already have the order page open:
Tab across to ‘Items’
Find the correct voucher.
On the right-hand side, click on ‘Download voucher PDF’ to print off the A4 e-voucher. If your property has branded/bespoke vouchers on-site, click on 'Download Overprint PDF' instead.
Insert the correct size paper/blank voucher into your printer.
Click print.
For when they need a replacement/second copy etc:
Log on to your Gifted platform.
Click on ‘find an order’ - the second widget at the top of the dashboard page.
Search for the order using one of the parameters shown below.
Tab across to ‘Items’.
Find the correct voucher. (Many orders will contain multiple vouchers)
On the right-hand side, click on ‘download voucher PDF’ to print off the A4 e-voucher. If you have branded/bespoke vouchers on-site, click on 'Download Overprint PDF'.
Insert the correct paper/blank voucher into your printer.
Click print
Tip: You will be able to review the number of orders placed with the print option by looking at the Sold Report in Gifted.
