Gifted | How to run a 'Sold' voucher report
Log on to your Gifted platform.
Click ‘Reports’ on the left-hand side.
On the left, under 'Vouchers' select the 'Sold' option.
Select the dates required for the report.
Use the drop-down menu under 'Voucher' to select the vouchers you would like the report to be on. (If you want all vouchers to be included then leave as ‘-Any voucher-’)
Then select a filter for the status (this optionally filters items sold during the given time period by their current status). Leave it as 'Any status' if you want to include all vouchers.
Click on ‘Download CSV’.
You can now view, save and print the report.
