Gifted | How to create a bulk order
You may find that you need to order multiple vouchers within one order, for example, a large voucher order for employee gifts at Christmas.
A bulk order may be helpful in processing this. Please note - this is only a functionality on the admin side of your Gifted platform.
If bulk ordering has not been enabled already, please contact the Gifted support team (support@journey.travel) to complete this for you.
How to create a bulk order
1. 'Create an order'
2. Add the relevant vouchers to your basket.
3. Click 'Checkout'
4. Toggle on 'Bulk order' in the top left
5. You'll notice now that instead of entering details for each individual voucher, you only need to enter this for one recipient.
6. Please fill out the recipient's email address and billing details as usual.

8. Place your order.
Please note that for bulk orders, each voucher will have an email sent out with the voucher attached.
