EMS | Pricing Structure Loyalty Points

Description

A points based scheme can be configured in the pricing structure allowing guests to gain and redeem points against specific items.

Resolution

The loyalty points scheme is configured in "Administrator" or "Manager" via "Pricing Structures"

Prior to creating your loyalty / bonus scheme consider the business worth of the points and the value to be given away aa a reward against goods and services.

An example of providing a 5% reward would be for each point gained to need the equivalate of twenty points to be redeemed.

In this example a Treatment at £50 may award 50 points on purchase, and for the guest to redeem a free treatment they would require a points balance of 1000 points 

To configure the points scheme, record a number of points against the "L ADD" and "L USE" column on the relevant tabs in the "Pricing Structure"

L ADD - the number of points to be gained when paying for an appointment or purchasing an item

L USE - the number of points required to redeem against the item

The points scheme can be added to the following tabs in the pricing structure:

Appointments 

Staff Appointments

Facilities

Group Activities

Vouchers

Food and Drink items

Misc items

Petty Cash items

Packages

A points scheme to add or redeem points against packages can be configured in the Package Setup section

Golf

A points scheme to add or redeem points against golf bookings can be configured in the Golf Season Setup
