🛠️ Process Overview

You will either create a new pricing structure from scratch or copy an existing structure from the same or another site. Prices and costs can then be updated on each relevant tab for the selected date range.

Pricing Structure Tabs
  1. Appointments – Staff-based appointments, with individual prices and costs
  2. Facility Appointments – Facility-based appointments, with different prices and costs per facility
  3. Group Activities – Set prices for activities on specific days
  4. Stock – Retail product pricing and costs
  5. Vouchers – Define price per voucher
  6. Food & Drink – Set price and cost per item
  7. Misc – Set price and costs per miscellaneous item
  8. Petty Cash – Set price and costs per item
Creating a New Pricing Structure
  1. Log into Administrator or Manager.
  2. Select Pricing Structures.
  3. To create new prices based on an existing structure:
  4. Click the Green Plus.
  5. Select the site to copy from.
  6. Choose the date range (Start Date; leave End Date blank to use pricing indefinitely).
  7. Click the Green Tick to confirm.
To create a new blank pricing structure, contact the support team.

Amending an Existing Pricing Structure
  1. Select the site (if multi-site) and date range to amend
  2. Open the relevant tab (e.g., Appointments)
  3. Use the pricing grid to adjust prices, costs, and loyalty points
  4. Click Confirm to save changes
