Description

Pricing structures are used to create a price list for products and services for a date range.

Pricing structure

The pricing structure is based on the type of item and this is reflected by a separate tab for each type
  • Appointments - Staff based appointments, including the ability to define different prices and costs per staff member
  • Facility Appointments - facility based appointments, including the ability to define different prices and costs per facility.
  • Group Activities - ability to define the price for activities on specific days.
  • Stock - retail products price and costs.
  • Vouchers - ability to set price per voucher.
  • Food & Drink - ability to set price and cost per item.
  • Misc - ability to set price and costs per item. 
  • Petty Cash- ability to set price and costs per item. 

Create new pricing structure

Create New Prices or Create New Prices based on existing Prices, and then decide if you wish to use the current site or another sites price, and from which start and end date.

To create a new "Blank" pricing structure, please contact the support team to create a new blank structure.



Utilising the "Create  New Prices Based On Existing Prices" will copy the pricing form a pervious or structure from another site.  
  1. Select the "Green Plus" to create New Prices
  2. To create a structure based on an existing price list select the "Site"
  3. Select a date range to copy
  4. Enter the Start  Date
    1. Leave the End Date Blank will use the pricing for all future dates
  5. Select the "Green Tick"

Amend a pricing structure

To increase or decrease your prices you can select the and edit the relevant tab then make the relevant changes to the list and then select confirm when complete.

  1. Select the site (if using multi-site) and date range to amend
  2. Select the relevant price list tab e.g "Appointments" 
  3. Using the pricing grid make changes to the relevant prices, costs and loyalty points
  4. To save the changes click onto the "Confirm" button
