Premier | Paying Off Account With Loyalty

Description

As of Core by Premier 2.13.0 onwards, you can now pay off on account items using loyalty points.

Resolution

When you add an item to account payment (e.g selecting an item from 'client account'):



You can now select the bill line payment method 'loyalty' if the client has sufficient points:



Departing like this will pay off the on account item using loyalty points.


*Tip: this will not available if you have entered an amount into the ‘on account pay off’ button on client card and selected 'pay selected', as you are paying an amount off and not the whole item.
