Gifted | I can’t edit my voucher name/title- what do I do?
If you would like to change the name of a voucher but cannot it is because this voucher has already been sold, and for reporting to remain accurate the name must remain the same.
In this case, we suggest deleting or turning off the voucher completely and creating a new voucher with the new name. This can be done by using the 'copy' feature when on the 'Vouchers' page and looking at the list of your property's vouchers.
If a voucher has already been sold the name will be greyed out like this (screenshot below shows an example):
