Use this process when you need to distribute vouchers—such as complimentary "Guest Passes"—to a large group of recipients (e.g., members, competition winners, or specific marketing lists) in a single action.

Key Logic: The corporate gifting deep link bypasses standard storefront visibility settings. This allows staff to access and distribute specific vouchers without making them purchasable by the general public on your main storefront, preserving exclusivity for your target audience.


Before you start:

  • Ensure the voucher you wish to distribute has been created within the Gifted platform.

  • Prepare a CSV template file (found within the checkout process) containing the names and email addresses of your recipients.

  • Ensure you have administrative or manager-level access to the Gifted platform.


Step-by-step:


Navigate to your Gifted platform, locate the specific voucher you wish to distribute, and select Edit.


From the voucher editing menu, click on the Settings tab. Locate the Corporate Deep Link field, copy the unique URL, and open it in a new browser window or tab.

Warning: Because this link overrides public storefront restrictions and allows access to unpublished or hidden vouchers, it must be kept secure. Only share this link with trusted staff members. If security is compromised, the link can be regenerated within this same settings menu.


2. Download and Populate the Bulk Template

On the corporate checkout screen that opens from your deep link, locate the CSV upload section. Click the option to download the standard CSV template.


Open the downloaded file and enter your recipients' details (such as names and email addresses). Save the completed file, return to the checkout screen, and upload the document to populate the bulk order list.

Key Logic: If this is a complimentary voucher order that is being processed internally, there is no digital delivery fee applied. This is the standard protocol for complimentary voucher distribution.


3. Configure Billing and Personalisation Details

Before finalising the send, navigate to the billing section on the checkout screen. Enter a recognisable, universal name in the billing field, such as "Spa Team" or your specific department name.


If you want to add a warmer touch to the automated distribution, enter a custom message in the personalisation field. This message will be included in the email delivery.

Key Logic: The system sends vouchers using a clean, generic template directly from Gifted. The email uses the details provided on the billing page as the sender identity. Using a team or department name ensures recipients immediately recognise the organisation sending the voucher.


4. Complete the Bulk Distribution

Review the uploaded recipient list and your sender details for accuracy. Once confirmed, click Submit or Process Order to trigger the bulk delivery.


Each recipient will receive an email clearly displaying the sender identity, their unique voucher code, any custom personalisation message you included, and a View Voucher button leading to the full description and booking instructions.


Best practice:

  • Keep Data Clean: Ensure there are no spaces or formatting errors in the email column of your CSV file to prevent delivery failures.

  • Billing Consistency: Always use a generic department name rather than an individual staff member's name for billing so that your branding remains consistent across monthly or seasonal distributions.
