EMS | Arrival Screen Search Method For Membership Identifier Search


Description

Arrivals now has the ability to search for clients using membership identifiers e.g. membership card/membership band. 

Resolution

When using Reception and arriving clients via Arrivals, the search method now has the ability to search via Surname / Client Reference. 


When using the carrier to scan the membership identifier this will then automatically put the number into the search box



This the filters out all other clients in arrivals list. You can then select the client and arrive accordingly.
