Search Results
The search results screen by default will list all members, by unticking the "Members Only" checkbox the search will return all client record cards.
The details presented in the search are defined in the "Site Settings" via the Membership Search Options
Member Search
- In the “Search” field input the details of the member
- Press “Enter”, on your keyboard or select the "Search Icon"
Search Method
Using dropdown list to select the required search method
Default Method - typically the default is Name/Member Number or Name/Reference this can be configured in the Membership Search Options
- Surname / Membership Number or Surname/ Client Reference - enter the start of a surname or number/reference
- Alternate search methods:
- Phonetical Surname
- First Name
- Unique ID
- Client Reference
- Address Line 1
- Postcode
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- BACS Reference
