Premier - Launching Applications via the Windows App

  • How to navigate the Windows App interface to launch Premier.

When should I use this?

Use this guide if you or an employee are logging into Premier via the dedicated Windows App (rather than the Core Cloud website) and find yourself blocked by an error screen stating: "It looks like your system administrator hasn't set up any resources for [user] yet."

Step-by-step

1. Locate the sidebar menu

Once you are logged into the Windows App and see the initial landing screen, look at the navigation menu on the left-hand side of your screen.


2. Click the Apps button

Select and click the Apps button from the left-hand menu.


3. Launch your application

The screen will now display all of your available Premier system applications. Simply click on the relevant application icon to open it and begin your session.
