EMS | Income Centre Groups

Description

Income Centre Group provide the ability to group income centres which in turn are associated to a Business Area for financial reporting. 
For example you may wish to associate all treatment related Income centres under a group labelled Spa Treatments.

Resolution

In “Administrator” or "Manager" click onto “Income Centre Groups”, 



  1. To create a new “Income Centre Group” click onto the “Green Plus” button 
  2. Type in the name of the “Income Centre Group” in the “Description” box
  3. Press the “Green Tick”
  4. Click onto the “Site Details” tab, you will see the following screen 


  1. Click onto the "Business Area" drop down and select the associated business area.
  2. Click onto the “Green Backwards” arrow to return to the main manager screen

Each site can have will need to have a Business Area associated to an Income Centre Group, the Area can be different pre sites dependent on the businesses financial structure.
