You’ll create a new Income Centre Group in Administrator or Manager, name it appropriately, and then assign it to a Business Area. This ensures financial reporting is accurate across sites and departments.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

Creating an Income Centre Group
  1. Log into Administrator or Manager
  2. Go to Income Centre Groups
  3. Click the Green Plus button
  4. Enter the group name in the Description box
  5. Click the Green Tick to save
Assigning a Business Area
  1. Click the Site Details tab
  2. In the Business Area dropdown, select the appropriate Business Area
  3. Click the Green Backwards Arrow to return to the main Manager screen

  1. Every Income Centre Group must be linked to a Business Area for accurate reporting
  2. The same Income Centre Group may be associated with different Business Areas depending on the site setup and your financial structure
