EMS | Income Centres

Description

Income Centres provide the ability to link services and products sales under a common heading for your financial reporting. 
For example you may wish to associate all facial treatments under a single income centre labelled Facials.

Resolution

In “Administrator” or "Manager" click onto “Income Centres”, 



  1. To create a new “Income Centre” click onto the “Green Plus” button 
  2. Type in the name of the “Income Centre” in the “Description” box 
  3. “Group” – use the “Downwards Arrow” located at the end of the “Group” box and input the “Income Centre Group” from the list provided 
  4. Only “One” “Income Centre Group” can be allocated to an “Income Centre”

Nominal Code
A nominal code can be assigned to an income centre which is a field used in financial exports, which can mirror the codes configured in you accounts system.
