🔍 Summary
Business Areas in Premier allow you to segment revenue streams by departments so you can report on each area independently. For example, revenue generated by the Spa can be separated from that generated by the Leisure team. Business Areas can also be linked to security profiles to restrict access to financial reports by department.
❓ Likely Scenario
- A new department or revenue stream needs to be created
- Users cannot view or restrict access to financial data by department
- Income Centre Groups are not reporting correctly due to missing or misconfigured Business Areas
