🛠️ Process Overview
You’ll create a new Business Area in Administrator or Manager, assign it a description, and then ensure your Income Centre Groups are linked to it. At least one Business Area must exist for revenue reporting to function correctly.

Creating a Business Area
- Log into Administrator or Manager
- Go to Business Areas
- Click the Green Plus button
- Enter the new Business Area name in the Description box
- Click the Green Tick to save
- Click the Green Backwards Arrow to return to the main Manager screen

- At least one Business Area must be configured in the software
- All Income Centre Groups must be allocated to a Business Area to ensure accurate reporting
- Security profiles can be used to control access to Business Area reporting
