Ecommerce Platform | How to set up Dietary requirement & Celebration Options


You can optionally add preset dietary requirements and celebration options to the dining checkout experience. These will appear as additional fields and will not replace the existing notes box.


To enable these options:
  1. Log in to our ecommerce platform (https://admin.onejourney.travel)

  2. Click Content from the left-hand side menu

  3. Select 'Tables' from the second menu that has appeared

  4. Locate the Sections:

    1. Dietary Requirements

    2. Celebration Options

  5. Add Entries:

    1. Type one of the desired options (e.g., "Vegetarian", "Birthday") into the respective field.

    2. Press Enter to add it as a tag.

    3. Continue these two steps until all the desired tags have been entered. 

  6. Click 'Save Content'


Once you’ve completed the steps above, you can view these options on your storefront by adding a table item to your basket. An example of how they’ll appear is shown below.
