Ecommerce Platform | Mandatory options: how to set them up in Premier

Some of your Spa Days may have a choice between treatments for the guest to pick e.g. 60-minute facial or 60-minute back massage.

In order to display these options to your guests when they are placing their booking, they need to be set up in Premier within the package first and they will then pull through to ecommerce platform (previously known as onejourney)

To do this, you’ll need to log in to Premier and edit one of your packages.

  • You should be able to see the ‘Selection Group’ button on the right-hand side.

  • Click this and then add each appointment/treatment which you’d like to have as an option.

    • The options have to already be set up as an appointment in order to be selectable.

You can set up more than one selection group, and and even allow the customer to select more than one. This is all controlled within the package set up in Premier.

Once you’re happy with the package set-up, please ask a member of the Journey team to do an import for you, which will update your package in ecommerce platform.

You’ll be able to see the options on the back end of ecommerce platform by editing the Spa Day and it should look similar to the below screenshot:

You’ll have visibility of what options are set up and whether they are a treatment or anything else (class, facility etc).

If any of the information is incorrect then you’ll need to go back into Premier and check how the package has been set up and ask us to import again if required.
