Once you have created a new treatment in Premier you will need to complete the setup in ecommerce platform for it to be able to be booked.
To do this:
Firstly please run an import through your ecommerce platform (see article Ecommerce Platform | Imports). This will pull through any new Treatments and Spa Days that have been set up in Premier.
Once the import has been done, you can update and enable the Treatment:
Under the 'Products and Services' heading on the left-hand side, select 'Spa' and then 'Treatments'.
Find the treatment that has been newly created and imported and click 'Edit'.
Add in any descriptions, images and T&Cs and check that the information pulled through from Premier is correct.
Ensure you:
Choose which gender/genders it is to be available to.
Assign cross-sell/up-sell (Click here on how to add upsell and cross-sell)
Update the 'Display duration' (This is the length the guest sees on your storefront. The greyed-out time above is the length of time that will be booked into your Premier diary so may be slightly longer to include turnaround time). Please note that you can only enter digits into the display duration box - if text is entered into this box, your changes won't be saved.
Set the minimum & maximum number of guests.
When you're happy everything is set up correctly, tick 'Published on the website' and then click 'Save Spa treatment'.
