When you are live with ecommerce platform you may wish to set up cross-sells and/or up-sells across your Spa Days or Treatments to help maximise revenue.
Where to set this up:
Log in via https://admin.onejourney.travel.
Under the 'Products and Service' heading on the left click 'Spa'.
Select either 'Treatments' or 'Spa Days'.
Click 'Edit' next to the Treatment/Spa day you want to set this up for.
Click 'Cross and upsell' (as shown below)
The first set of options you see are for setting your cross-sells. Here you can choose to cross-sell to an individual item, an entire category, a range of items or none.
The options
None - no cross-sell will be set up for this item.
Range - allows you to choose one of your ranges of Treatments, Spa Days or Products.
Category - allows you to cross-sell to selected categories such as Massages, Facials etc.
Items - allows you to select individual items to cross-sell.
If using this option, once you have selected it click 'Add cross-sell item'.
You will then see a new drop-down list with all of the available cross-sell options.
Make your selections.
Click 'Save Section'.
Underneath the cross-sells section of the configuration page you will see the upsells options.
Choose what you would like to upsell from the dropdown.
Click on 'Save Section'.
