Ecommerce Platform | Guestline | Creating new rate plans

When you have created a new rate plan within Guestline, please run an import through your ecommerce platform (see article Ecommerce Platform | Imports).

Once this has been completed, you will then be able to set the rates live within Journey's ecommerce platform.

In ecommerce platform, select Rates:


You will then be able to see the full list of rate plans that have been pulled through:

If the rate plan is confidential, enter the promo code here and click Create.

You will also need to change "Rate type" to Promo if it's a confidential rate plan


Once this is complete, you can tick "Published on the website" and "Save".

If you would like this rate plan to have different payment terms to the Property's default option, you can then follow the Rate Specific Payment terms article to set this up
