Ecommerce Platform | Rate specific payment terms

Once your rates have been pulled through to Journey's ecommerce platform, you can then override the payment terms if you wish, for rate plans such as Advance Purchase.

In your ecommerce platform, select Rates from the left-hand menu:


  • Click Edit on the desired rate

  • Click "Override payment options for this rate". You can still use Full payment and Defer payment if you wish:


When selecting Defer payment, you can then set up the deposit percentage, time before booking to pay and time before booking to remind


Once this has been saved, the Property's default payment options will be overridden for this rate plan.
