How to check in guests arriving today
How to review booking alerts before arrival
How to complete check-in for individual or group bookings
Use this guide when guests arrive on-site for their scheduled treatment, package, or experience and need to be checked in.
Confirm the guest’s name
Be aware of any outstanding payments or required forms
Ensure you are viewing today’s schedule
Click Schedule from the navigation panel
Search for the guest name using the search bar, or
Scroll through the list if required
Tip: If the property has a high volume of bookings, using the search function is quicker and reduces errors.Once you have identified the correct booking, click Check In
Before completing check-in, review any system notifications, such as:
Outstanding payment due
Incomplete intake or consent forms
Special notes attached to the booking
Important: Address any payment or documentation requirements before confirming check-in.Once you are satisfied, click Check In to confirm the guest’s arrival
If multiple guests are included in the booking:
Repeat the check-in process for each individual guest
The guest is now marked as arrived in the system and the booking status has been updated.
Can I check in one guest without checking in the entire group?
Yes. Each guest can be checked in individually.
What if payment is still due?
Complete the payment process before confirming check-in.
Can I undo a check-in?
