How To Contact Our Support Team

Before contacting our Support team for assistance, please take a look in the Help Centre to see if there is an article that could help you resolve your query.

If you are unable to locate a helpful article in the Help Centre, you can contact the Support team through several available methods. However, for the most efficient and prompt assistance, we recommend utilising our live chat feature.

  1. Click on the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen     
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts in the chat window
  3. Zia AI will read your message and suggest any support articles that may assist you
  4. If the suggested articles do not help, you will have the option to be forwarded onto a member of the team who will be happy to help you further.
My Area
By logging into the Help Centre you will have access to "My Area", from here you can "Add Ticket". If you are associated with multiple properties, you can select the property you want to log the support ticket against. Simply complete the presented ticket form with the details of your problem. Send an email containing as much information about your problem (include screenshots or screen recordings if you feel they would be useful) to Support@journey.travel. We will reply immediately with a ticket reference number.

Phone
If you have a business critical issue that requires prompt attention, please call the Support team using the usual Support phone number.
