Logging a New Ticket with our Support Team

Before contacting the Support team for assistance, please take a look in the Help Centre to see if there is an article that could help you resolve the issue all on your own...... making you feel very proud of yourself, go on, give it a go!

If you're unable to find a helpful article in the Help Centre, you can contact the Support team in the following ways:

Email: 
Send an email containing as much information about your problem (include screenshots or screen recordings if you feel they would be useful) to Support@Journey.Travel  We will reply immediately with a ticket reference number.

My Area:
By logging into the Help Centre you will have access to "My Area", from here you can "Add Ticket". If you are associated with multiple properties, you can select the property you want to log the support ticket against. Simply complete the presented ticket form with the details of your problem. Chat:
Try using our new chat with AI assistant "Zia".
  1. Click on the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts in the chat window.
  3. Zia will read your message and suggest any support articles that she thinks may assist you.
  4. If the suggested articles do not help, you will be forwarded onto a human member of the team who will be very happy to help you further.

If you have an urgent issue that requires prompt attention, please call the Support team using your usual Support phone number.
