Gifted | How to fulfil a postal order from your property

When a customer selects the 'Post' option as a delivery method, your property will be responsible for fulfilling this order for the customer if you self-fulfil.

Self-fulfil means that your property is responsible for sending out every postal voucher, rather than using our in-house Fulfilment Centre.

How to self-fulfil a postal order:

  • Log in to your Gifted platform.

  • Look at the 'Fulfilment' box on your dashboard. 1 or more means that there is a postal order needing to be dispatched from your property.

  • Click on the 'Fulfilment' box.

  • This opens up a list of all order/s that have not yet been dispatched.

  • Click 'View' on the right-hand side of the order you wish to dispatch first.

  • Once the order is open, you can click 'View Overprint' to print onto your property's pre-printed stock. You can see the address that you need to dispatch it to and the delivery service (1st Class/Special Delivery, etc) selected on the left-hand side.

  • Once printed and packed, click 'Payment Received'. This will then show the below pop-up. If these are going in the post now, you can select 'Dispatched'. Alternatively, you can select 'Preparing for Dispatch' and then use the 'Dispatch All' button later if preferred. This is up to your property and the processes you prefer to follow.

  • Press the back button to return to the order list.

  • Follow these steps until you have no orders left in the 'Payment Received' column.

  • If you have chosen to follow the 'Preparing for Dispatch' route, you can automatically dispatch all orders with this status by selecting the 'Dispatch Packaged Orders' button and then pressing 'OK' on the pop-up that appears.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it will disappear from this page.

Dispatch History

  • To check what orders you have dispatched on that date, select the 'Dispatch History' button at the top of the page.

  • You can then select any specific date and see a list of any orders that were dispatched on that date. If you click 'View' on an order, you will be able to see information at the bottom of the page, including who dispatched the order and the day/time of dispatch.
