Gifted | How to edit an existing voucher

If you need to make changes to an existing voucher on your Gifted storefront, such as adjusting prices or adding new images, please follow the instructions below.

IMPORTANT: You cannot change the name of a voucher once it has been bought. In this case, you can either delete the old voucher type and create a new one with the same setup and new name (you can do this by clicking 'Copy' on existing voucher).

How to edit and make amendments to vouchers

  • Log in to your Gifted platform.

  • Click on 'Vouchers' in the menu on the left.

  • Select the voucher that you wish to edit.

  • Find the correct field/section you need to edit within the voucher.

  • Make the necessary changes (i.e write additional content, or replace the image) and scroll to the bottom of the page.

  • Click on the 'Update Voucher' button and your changes will now be stored.

  • If you want to see how the voucher now appears, click 'View'.
