Not to be confused with deleting orders that have been placed, this guide aims to show you how to delete entire voucher types when you no longer want to have them available to sell. This will not affect the data within any past orders or your reports.
Once a voucher has been deleted, you will not be able to un-delete the voucher from Gifted, it will need to be re-created as a new voucher.
Log on to your Gifted platform.
On your Dashboard select ‘Vouchers’ from the menu on the left.
Search for the voucher type you want to delete. You can use the category filter or keyword filter to save time if your property has a high volume of vouchers.
When you have found the voucher you need, click on 'Delete'.
A box will pop up to ask you if you’d like to proceed.
Click on 'OK'.
