Ahead of your go-live date with Gifted, it’s a good idea to do a practice order/a test run. This will give you the opportunity to place an order and ensure the high quality of print in person.
If the Gifted team will be fulfilling for you, please let us know which order you would like to be sent out and we will post this out for you via the Royal Mail. Ideally, please place an order as early as possible before your ‘Go Live’ date. This will give you the opportunity to give any necessary feedback to our fulfilment team before the postal option goes live. If you are self-fulfilling or will have the print or collection option live please do a test print on-site to ensure you are happy with the set-up before the vouchers go live.
Log on to your Gifted platform.
Click on ‘Orders’ on the left-hand side.
Click ‘Create an Order’.
Select the category (Food & Drink, Spa etc.) - use the drop-down tab to change if you want to filter the options.
Select the voucher you would like to issue.
Add to basket.
If you need multiple vouchers in this order, add those in too.
Click 'Checkout'.
Enter the personalised message if you want to test that out too (and ensure you check for spelling mistakes!)
Select ‘Post’ or 'Print' as your delivery method.
Fill in billing information with your name, email address (an email confirmation of this order is sent to this email address) and contact number.
Enter your card details.
Please fill in the postage details - address etc.
Click ‘Place Order’.
Follow the instructions in this article to print your voucher.
