Gifted | Can I add/remove vouchers from a customer's order?

If the order has already been created and paid for then no, neither you nor we can add or remove vouchers from the order that is displayed in Gifted. It’s only when the order is being placed that you’re able to add or remove vouchers entirely but once the order has been put through and paid for then these changes can’t be done.

If necessary and your property would like to offer this, you can cancel a voucher but you cannot remove it from displaying in Gifted. To cancel a voucher, the value of one of the vouchers can be refunded through the Gifted portal and that specific voucher can then be expired by changing the voucher's expiry date to a date in the past. If there is only one voucher in the entire order, the entire order can also be cancelled. To see our guide on how to refund a voucher, please click here.

If the customer wants to exchange the vouchers for something else, the best thing to do would be to cancel/refund the original order completely and start again.

If they would like an additional voucher, the customer would need to create a second order.
