This guide explains how to create a rate plan in SynXis and ensure it is successfully imported, visible, and published on the ecommerce platform.
You’ve created or updated a rate plan in SynXis and need to:
a. Log in to SynXis
b. Navigate to Rate Management → Rate Codes
c. Click Create New Rate
d. Enter a unique rate code and rate name
e. Assign the correct category/segment
f. Save and ensure the rate is set to active
a. Set sell dates and availability
b. Add pricing, occupancy, and restrictions
c. Complete any additional setup required (e.g. packages, inclusions)
d. Ensure all changes are saved correctly

a. Log in to the ecommerce admin platform
b. Select Stay from the left-hand side
c. Choose Rooms from the dropdown
d. Click the Import button (top right) – this will run a full import from SynXis
e. Wait for the confirmation notification
a. Refresh the page
b. Check if the new rate plan or updates are visible
c. The rate should appear on the frontend and then become available in the Ecommerce Admin under the Rates section

a. Go to the ecommerce storefront
b. Search for a date where the rate should be available
c. This action triggers the system to pull the latest flexible rate data from SynXis
a. Navigate to Rates in the Ecommerce Admin
b. Locate the imported rate
c. Apply any required configuration
If the rate plan is confidential:
d. Tick Published on the website
e. Click Save
