Ecommerce Platform | SynXis | Creating new rate plans

Once the new rate plan has been created within SynXis, please reach out to support@journey.travel to run a Booking Engine import. Once this has been done, please search on the front end of ecommerce platform for a date that this rate plan should be available to be booked.

When you have found the rate on the front end, this will automatically pull through onto the rates listing page in the back end of ecommerce platform. To make any changes to this rate or setup you can follow the below:

In ecommerce platform, select rates:

If the rate plan is confidential, enter the promo code here and click create.

You will also need to change "rate type" to promo for confidential rate plans:

Once this is complete, you can tick "published on the website" and "save".

If you would like this rate plan to have different payment terms to the properties default option, you can then follow the Rate Specific Payment terms article to set this up
