In order for a treatment to be bookable online, the appointment code in Premier must have a member of staff allocated, with a valid rota, and be marked as web bookable.
The steps below explain how to activate staff in Premier with the correct settings to be bookable online.
Without correct activation, a treatment may not show availability online.
Open 'Staff Setup' in Configuration/Administrator.
Select the required staff member.
Select the 'Site Details' tab. (At the top)
Tick 'Web Bookable'.
Tick 'Show Column'.
Select the 'Rota' tab. (Halfway down)
Ensure an Active Rota is set.
Select the 'Appointment Types' tab. (Halfway down)
Ensure the staff member is allocated to all the correct appointments.
