Ecommerce Platform | Staff activation

In order for a treatment to be bookable online, the appointment code in Premier must have a member of staff allocated, with a valid rota, and be marked as web bookable.

The steps below explain how to activate staff in Premier with the correct settings to be bookable online.

Without correct activation, a treatment may not show availability online.

  • Open 'Staff Setup' in Configuration/Administrator.

  • Select the required staff member.

  • Select the 'Site Details' tab. (At the top)

  • Tick 'Web Bookable'.

  • Tick 'Show Column'.

  • Select the 'Rota' tab. (Halfway down)

  • Ensure an Active Rota is set.

  • Select the 'Appointment Types' tab. (Halfway down)

  • Ensure the staff member is allocated to all the correct appointments.
