Ecommerce platform | Rooms setup

Within our ecommerce platform you have the ability to make changes to the name, description and images of all of your room types.

IMPORTANT: 
  1. If changes are made within our ecommerce platform, this will override anything being sent through from the third party - please note that these updates will not push through to the third party or any other providers.
  2. If updating within your third party, for any changes, please run an import within your ecommerce platform (see article here Ecommerce Platform | Imports).
  3. If you have made an update within our ecommerce platform, but wish to make any further changes within your third party, please delete the amended elements of the room within our ecommerce platform and run another import.
  4. For Opera: A maximum occupancy for each room needs to be set in Opera. If this has not been set, then our platform will default to a maximum occupancy of 2.
To access this feature:
  1. Log in to our ecommerce platform.
  2. Under the 'Products & Service' heading, select 'Stay'.
  3. Select 'Rooms'

  1. Here you will see a list of all of your room types,  and you will see either a red or green dot that indicates if the room is published or unpublished.
  2. Click 'Edit' next to the name of the room type that you would like to update.

  1. Here you have the ability to change the 'Room name', 'Description' and 'Images', and whether the room is 'Published on the website' (also changed by clicking green/red dot).
  2. Once you have made your desired changes, click 'Save' at the bottom of the page to make sure that all of your updates are saved.
