EMS | Appointment Code - Multiple Staff Appointments

Description

Multiple Staff Appointments are defined as an appointment which requires more two or more staff members to complete and the booking.  This could be a couple treatment where the booking is for two guests which both require a therapist, or a where a two therapist are working on a single guest.

The system configuration provides the following booking combinations
  1. Couples Appointment - two guests in a  twin room with a staff member per guest
  2. Four Hand Appointment - a single guest in a room with two staff members
  3. Couples - Four Hand Appointment - two guests in a  twin room with two staff members per guest

Activating Multiple Staff Appointment

Multiple staff appointments are only bookable for appointment which require a room.
In "Administrator" or via "Configuration" click onto “Appointment Codes”



To configure a Multiple Staff Appointment
  1. Select the the Appointment form the list
  2. Set the "Column Requirements" to "Room Required"
  3. Select "2 + Staff

Creating a Couples Appointment

In "Administrator" or via "Configuration" click onto “Appointment Codes”, and select the "Site Details" tab

The "Multiple Staff" tabs provide the ability to define the rules for the Couple Appointment 


  1. To configure select the "Multiple Staff" Tab
  2. Set the "Number Of Clients" of clients to "Two"
  3. Set the "Staff Per Client" to "One" 
  4. Allocate the "Twin Rooms" which can be booked by moving the required rooms from left to right using the arrows to be required when booking

Creating a Four Hands Appointment

In "Administrator" or via "Configuration" click onto “Appointment Codes”, and select the "Site Details" tab
The "Multiple Staff" tabs provide the ability to define the rules for the Four Hands Appointment


  1. To configure select the "Multiple Staff" Tab
  2. Set the "Number Of Clients" of clients to "One"
  3. Set the "Staff Per Client" to "Two" 
  4. Set the appointment for the "Second" staff member
  5. Select the required "Multi-Link Appointment" from the drop down against the The "Second" staff member
  1. Enter the a percentage in the "Price %" to split the revenue between the two staff
  2. Percentage for the appointment

  1. Allocate the "Rooms" which can be booked by moving the required rooms from left to right using the arrows to be required when booking

In "Administrator" or via "Configuration" click onto “Appointment Codes”, and select the "Site Details" tab
The "Multiple Staff" tabs provide the ability to define the rules for the Couples - Four Hands Appointment 

  1. To configure select the "Multiple Staff" Tab
  2. Set the "Number Of Clients" of clients to "Two"
  3. Set the "Staff Per Client" to "Two" 
  4. Set the appointment for the "Second" staff member
  5. Select the required "Multi-Link Appointment" from the drop down against the The "Second" staff member
