EMS | Appointment Code - Multi-Link Appointments
Description
Multi-Liked Appointment are used to define the rules for teh second staff member when booking a Four-Hands Appointment. This is defined in as part of the Multiple Staff Appointment creation.
Resolution
Creating a Multi-Link Appointment
In "Administrator" or via "Configuration" click onto “Finish/Multi-Staff Appointment Codes”
To configure a Multi-Link Appointment
- To create new Appointment click onto the "Green Plus"
- Enter a Code - the code is a maximum of 8 characters
- Enter a description
- Select the default length - the length is configured based on the default Interval
- Select the "Link Type"
- Multi-Staff Appointments - use on Multiple Staff appointments as the second staff member appointment
- Finish Link - Used in a Book Room In Wait Time Appointment
- Move the required Sites from left to right to allocate
- Select the "Green Tick" to confirm
- On confirmation you will be presented with the interval confirmation screen to check appointment length and interval time.
Site Specific Rules
Select the Site Details Tab to ament the the description, or mark as inactive for the site
