You will first create a Master Stock Price Structure from an existing site, then use the Copy Stock function to update pricing structures at all relevant sites.

Creating the Master Stock Price Structure
  1. Ensure retail and cost prices are loaded at least for one site
  2. Go to Pricing Structures and select the “-None-” site, which stores the Master Stock Price Structure
  3. Click the Green Plus button
  4. Select the site and pricing structure to copy from
  5. Click the Green Tick to confirm
Copying the Master Stock Price Structure to Sites
  1. Update the Master Price list as required
  2. Click Copy Stock
  3. Select the sites to copy the updated prices to:
  4. Use the single arrow to move selected sites
  5. Use the double arrow to select all sites
  6. Tick the box next to the pricing structure to copy for each site
  7. Click the Green Tick to complete the copy

  1. All required stock prices must be loaded in the source site before creating the Master Price Structure
  2. Use the Master file to ensure consistent pricing across all sites and avoid manual updates for each location
  3. Always verify that copied prices reflect correctly at the destination sites
