Description

Product categories are linked to the stock item on creation, this is used in reporting and to enable the filtering of stock lists.


Resolution


In "Administrator" or via "Manager" click onto “Categories"





Creating a Category

  1. To create new Category click onto the "Green Plus"
  2. Enter the description
  3. Move the required Sites from left to right to allocate
  4. Select the "Green Tick" to confirm

Category Site Details



In "Administrator" or via "Manager" click onto “Categories”, and select the "Site Details" tab
Select the required site from the site list
  1. Alternate Description – ability to label the category under a different description for the site
