Use this guide whenever you want to check the operational health of Journey's online and cloud products, or if you suspect you are experiencing a localized service disruption. This page is the central source of truth for platform availability and scheduled downtime.
Ensure you have an active internet connection to access the public status page.
Have the email address ready where you prefer to receive operational alerts.
Navigate to the official service page by clicking the following link or entering it into your browser: https://status.journey.travel/
On the main dashboard, you can view the live operational status of all cloud products. Scroll through the page to view any active incidents or upcoming planned maintenance windows that might affect your system access.
Scroll to the very bottom of the status screen and click the green Subscribe button.
Input your preferred email address into the subscription field and confirm. You will now receive automated real-time notifications whenever an incident is logged, updated, or resolved.
Important Notice: You can opt out of these alerts at any point in the future by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of any status email you receive.
Stay proactive: We highly recommend that all core system administrators subscribe to these notifications. Being alerted to planned maintenance early allows you to organise your team's workflow and avoid unexpected operational downtime.
