RevSpa | Staff activation

In order for a treatment to be bookable online, the appointment code in core must have a member of staff allocated, with a valid rota, and be marked as web bookable. The steps below explain how to activate staff in Core with the correct settings to be bookable online.

Without correct activation, treatments may not show availability online.

  • Open Staff Setup in Configuration/Administrator

  • Select the required staff member

  • Via the Site Details Tab select Web Bookable

  • Via the Site Details Tab, select 'Show Column'

  • Via the Rota tab, ensure an Active Rota is set

  • Via the Appointment Types tab, ensure the staff member is allocated to the correct appointments
