RevSpa | Promo Codes

'Promo Codes' in RevSpa are what you'd traditionally expect them to be. A code that is set up in RevSpa which you can apply at the checkout stage to get a percentage or value off of the original value. (Note: This is not to be confused with 'Promotional Pricing' which is used in Core).

It's a way to discount items at the point of checkout, whereas a discount/offer is displayed to everyone from the start. All pricing and availability will still need to be set within Core for a Promo Code to work.

Process:

  • Log in to RevSpa

  • Select 'Promo Codes' from the left-hand menu

  • Click 'Create a Promo Code'

  • Fill out what you would like the Promo Code to be. This is the code that customers will need to enter at checkout.

  • If you want this promo code to only be used for bookings on selected days of the week, you will need to select the relevant days.

  • Select the Pricing Rule that best suits your aims and any basket conditions.

  • If you want the promo code live now, click the slider under 'Enabled Status' until it goes green.

  • Click 'Save Promo Code'

  • Fill in the rest of the relevant details on the Period, Effected Events, Basket Included and Basket Excluded tabs.

  • Don't forget to Save any changes that you make!
