Your guest will place an order online: The guest will search for a treatment or spa day they require on your RevSpa platform using the calendar to select the date they are interested in.
They will next click the ‘search’ button.
The search will then return all results for either spa days or treatments, depending upon what was selected. This availability will only display what you have available in Core - so no need to worry about overbooking!
They will then select the spa day or treatment they want. By clicking on it, it will open up with more information.
Now, the guests need to select their preferred time.
And then fill in their details…
Then click ‘add to basket’. Please note, at this point a pending reservation will appear in your Core system. If the user doesn’t end up making their booking and abandons their cart, this pending reservation will disappear from your Core diary after 30 minutes.
As part of the checkout, they will then need to add in their credit card details and agree to your terms and conditions before clicking ‘confirm booking’. See the ‘payment detail page below’.
When they are ready, they will need to agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the box and then clicking ‘confirm order’. It's at this point that the booking is made and payment is taken. This booking will then sit as confirmed in Core.
When they have confirmed their booking, the customer will get an email confirmation sent to their email addresses confirming both their selection (including choices in a spa day) and and the amount paid.
Each time a new order has been placed through RevSpa, your spa team will also receive a confirmation to your admin notification email.
(Example Only)
This email will include the customers' contact details in case you need to quickly get in touch (to schedule treatment times) as well as the information relating to the Spa Day or treatment and any extras they have added.
Your guest will receive the same email, which includes their order reference at the top.
Any notes the guest has made will also be included in the email.
