RevSpa | How to create a new treatment (non-integrated)

You can easily add new treatments to your RevSpa site while logged into the admin dashboard by following these steps:


Creating the treatment

  1. Using the main navigation menu, click Events then select Treatments from the drop-down menu.

  2. Click Create a Treatment in the middle of the page.

Editing the treatment details

Fill in the following fields on the Create a Treatment page:

  • Name The treatment URL will automatically generate from this field, but it can be edited manually by clicking on the preview

  • Description This is what will appear on the main treatment page

  • Image Drag a file into the box or use the Browse button to select an image from a folder on your computer. Images must be PNG or JPG files

  • Price The base price for this treatment

  • Duration The treatment duration in minutes

  • Minimum/Maximum Guests The minimum and maximum number of guests that can be booked onto this treatment for the base price

  • Categories Click inside the box to open a drop-down menu from which applicable categories for this treatment can be selected

  • Primary Category The main category for this treatment which will be displayed on the home and treatment pages next to the treatment name.

  • Special Status Select None to allow the treatment to be bookable by phone and online, or specify the booking method by selecting between Phone booking/Online only.

  • Guest Gender Select if this treatment is suitable for either male or female guests only.

  • Terms & Conditions Insert specific terms and conditions for this treatment. If left blank, terms will be taken from the primary category.

  • Track Quantity If enabled, this treatment will automatically decrease the available quantity as it is purchased.

  • Quantity Set the base quantity per day. Leave blank to set as unlimited.

  • Enabled Status If enabled, this treatment will be active and accessible on the website. If the toggle is not enabled, this treatment will not be accessible to the public at all.

  • Secret If enabled, this treatment will only be accessible via a direct URL and it will not show in public listings.

Once all of the required fields have been completed, click Save Treatment at the bottom of the page. Please note that if you are not ready to go live with the treatment, it can still be saved without the Enabled Status turned on.
