RevSpa | How to create a new spa day (non-integrated)

You can easily add new Spa Days to your RevSpa site while logged into the admin dashboard by following these steps:

Creating the Spa Day

  1. Using the main navigation menu, click Events then select Spa Days from the drop-down menu.

  2. Click Create a Spa Day in the middle of the page.

Editing the Spa Day details

  1. Fill in the following fields on the Create a Spa Day page:

  • Name The spa day URL will automatically generate from this field, but it can be edited manually by clicking on the preview.

  • Description This is what will appear on the spa day’s individual page.

  • Image Drag a file into the box or use the Browse button to select an image from a folder on your computer. Images must be PNG or JPG files.

  • Price The base price for this spa day.

  • Duration Specify from the drop-down menu a full or half-day.

  • Primary Category The main category for this spa day which will be displayed on the home and spa days pages next to the spa day’s name.

  • Categories Click inside the box to open a drop-down menu from which applicable categories for this spa day can be selected.

  • Minimum/Maximum Guests The minimum and maximum number of guests that can be booked onto this spa day for the base price.

  • Special Status Select None to allow the spa day to be bookable by phone and online, or specify the booking method by selecting between Phone booking/Online only.

  • Guest Gender Select if this spa day is suitable for either male or female guests only.

  • Integration Event If RevSpa is integrated with Premier Core, click the drop-down menu to map this spa day to its counterpart in Core.

  • Terms & Conditions Insert specific terms and conditions for this spa day. If left blank, terms will be taken from the primary category.

  • Track Quantity If enabled, this spa day will automatically decrease the available quantity as it is purchased.

  • Quantity Set the base quantity per day. Leave blank to set as unlimited.

  • Enabled Status If enabled, this spa day will be active and accessible on the website. If the toggle is not enabled, this spa day will not be accessible to the public at all.

  • Secret If enabled, this spa day will only be accessible via a direct URL and it will not show in public listings.

Finally -

Once all of the required fields have been completed, click Save spa day at the bottom of the page. Please note that if you are not ready to go live with the spa day, it can still be saved without the Enabled Status turned on.
