RevSpa | How to create a new spa day (integrated)

Future Spa Days

Once you are live with RevSpa and are happy selling lots of treatments and spa days, you might want to add in a new spa day to your offering. Simply create it in Core and then need to set it up in RevSpa. So here's what you’ll need to do.

Core

In Core, create the new 'Package', with a title and description etc (just like you will have done before).

Then set package availability to ensure it can be displayed online:

  • Set Booking limits - the maximum number of client which can be booked onto this package for a given day

  • Set Web booking limits - the maximum number of client which can be booked online, taken from the booking limit

  • Allow booking - tick the box(es) against the time band to indicate the start time

  • Number of bands booked - is the number of bands the finish time band will be selected finish time

You will additionally need to set the 'Promotional Pricing' code that is required for all items set up and sold through RevSpa. If this isn't setup, guests will not be able to add the package to their basket in RevSpa.

Make sure the RevSpa code is selected, then click the checkbox for all items that are sold via RevSpa. This might include Appointments, Group Activities, Packages, Food and Drink or Misc. Just update them all to allow the RevSpa code.

Please contact the Support Team and ask for an import to be completed. This will pull through any new Spa Days/Packages that have been set up in Core.

Once the import has been done, you can update and enable the Spa Day/Package:

  • Find the Spa Day you've created and click edit

  • Add in descriptions, images and check the information pulled through from Core is correct

  • When you're happy everything is setup correctly, toggle it to 'enable' and then click "Save Spa day"
