There may be times when you wish for your guests to be notified of some detail relating to the spa. This could be that an area of the spa is under refurbishment, or helping guests to understand the spa's policy relating to Coronavirus for example.
The new 'Announcement' functionality will allow you to create a call to action linking to a page of content to provide more detail to the guest.
In the case of Coronavirus, you may wish to build trust by explaining to guests how you are maintaining high standards of hygiene, or how they can move their spa day/treatment to a different day rather than cancelling. You can customise the content for the announcement that you wish for your guests to see.
To set this up, please follow the instructions below:
Login to RevSpa admin: https://admin.spabooker.travel
From the left-hand menu, select Content > Page Content
Towards the bottom of the list, you will see an item for 'Announcement Page'. Click the 'Edit' link to the right hand side of this listing
A form will display for you to enter content into (see screenshot below)
Click 'Save' when the form is populated
If you want the announcement to display on the RevSpa storefront, ensure the 'Active' toggle is selected then click save. If you want the announcement to be removed from the storefront, disable the 'Active' toggle and click save
