EMS | Revenue Reporting Overview

Description

The financial structure for reporting and the assigning of revenue and deposits can be controlled by creation and assigning of Business Areas, Income Centre Groups and Income Centres.

All transaction lines are associated to a Income Centre which is then linked to an Income Centre Group which then falls under a Business Area.

Using the Business Area as a departments and then splitting the revenue streams into Income Centre Groups and sub groups as Income Centres provides the ability to segment you revenue.




Resolution

Business Areas -  provides the ability to segment the revenue streams by departments, providing the ability to report on each area in isolation.
Income Centre Groups - linking the group to a business area provides a financial heading to allow the grouping of income centres with in a business area.
Income Centres - linking the income centre to a income group provides a sub heading for all transaction lines with in a group and associated business are.
